Sarah E. Jennings Buried at Towles
     Funeral services were held last Sunday afternoon at the Black-Edwards Funeral Home here for Mrs. Sarah E. Jennings, who died at her home in the Towles community, shortly after noon last Saturday following a long illness. She was 57 years old.
     Mrs. Jennings was a native of Missouri and moved to Towles from the southwest part of the county several years ago.
     Survivors include her husband, Lewis M. Jennings, three daughters, Mrs. Beulah M. McMillen and Mrs. Dorothy A. Holt, both of St. Louis and Mrs. Florence P. Pedigo of Hammond Ill., and a son Charles L. Jennings of Maryland Heights. Four other daughters died in infancy.
     In addition, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Cordelia Miller of Sulphur Springs and 13 grandchildren.
     The Rev. W. M. Edwards, pastor of the Doniphan Methodist church, was in charge of the services which were followed by burial in the Towles cemetery.
