Frank was born in Queens, N.Y., on Sept. 28, 1926, to Pasquale and Lucia Cecera Leone. Frank retired as a vice president for Grumman Aerospace and enjoyed golfing and cooking. He was a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church.
Frank is survived by his wife, Amekia Litterello Leone; daughter, Debra and Kenneth Kresge; son, Ronald James Leone; stepdaughter, JoAnne Litterello; stepsons, James, Robert, John and Joseph Litterello; sister, Rose Salantri; three grandchildren, Janine Duffy, Kenneth Kresge Jr. and Danielle Theed; six great-grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Nina Leone, a son, Frank George Leone, sisters, Mary Costabile and Jean Pasqueretta, and brothers, Samuel and Rocco Leone.
Frank's family will receive friends Wednesday and Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at Craig Funeral Home. A funeral mass will take place Friday, 9 a.m., at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's name to the Frank G. Leone Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of Craig Funeral Home, P.O. Box 99, St. Augustine, FL 32085.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.3
