George and Virgie Piepho were my great-grandparents. I am the grand-daughter of Florence Farmer who was Vergie Wickershams daughter. My grandmothers father Joseph Elmer Wickersham died the same year my grandmother was born - Growing up as a little girl I always knew them as my great grandparents and my mother Barbara Dunn, Daughter of Florence and Henry Farmer, has always told wonderful stories from her childhood of her trips there. Not really a "blood relative" of great grandfather Piepho but he will always be great grandfather Piepho to me.

My husband is a descendant of the "Lottmann family" originally from the Hage region. I have been working on his familytree for some time and have not yet finished.
